Reminded of this scene this morning, courtesy of my elderly little dog.... 🤢
ewan is brillant.
Threw the whole sheet of shit at Moaning Myrtle
This is so reminiscent of the horses' head scene from "The Godfather", where John Marley wakes up in blood-soaked sheets.
This is the only scene I don't love. I wish he would have left out the scene at the restaurant. It's funnier with just Healy conjuring up a sentence about a woman's betrayal without having to use a cheap line about her sleeping with his father as a cutaway.
I've used this analogy when describing John Lennon realizing his dream of jamming with his idol, Chuck Berry. The perfect Scottish breakfast is the stage setting. Yoko's contribution is represented by the sheet fling.
Hello 2024 poo 😂😂😂 20 may I keep coming back😊😊
Timeless in every way, fuck you future that will try to censor this
Godfather vibes
old low tech film but really good story. Story was number 1) in old days. Compare it to Hollywood and Disney now.
😂😂😂😂holy sh*t
Jean Reno 💋💞
Love this
My aunt made me fall in love when she caught me stroking off to her a$$
Genuinely my favorite scene from the film and just another example of Bergman capturing the terrifying reality of a Godless universe that is completely indifferent to our happiness. There's nothing after death.....just an empty void.
I’ve always really liked that establishing shot with the airplane.
Yes, and when the shot switches indoors you can hear everything in the room rattling!
🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 funny but really gross 😂😂😂😂
Hans asking what life's like in the middle makes it.
love the movie and this scene and I am glad Jean Reno talked Luc "Groomer" Beeson out of...stuff. See Besson had met her when she was 12 and he was 29 and waited for the age of 15 so he could legally be with her. if they met when she was 15 I would at least halfway be ok with it as it is the common european age of consent, but in this three years Besson must have kept her close to him, I cant prove it but it seems likely. And given that Besson wanted to go all out with the "lovers" thing, I can see a pattern there. Again, nothing proven, no accusations, etc. Its just thankfully Besson gave in and presented us this masterpiece of a lonely soul that found purpose in his life and a young girl who got saved by the first person in life that didnt behave like shit to her.
Since he found the horse shit in shawshank, got promoted to 'Colonel' in the Pasific..
Nej...
Snuck in the pictures when this came out...was hilarious
I found this scene to be extremely sad
I thought "horse apples" were the common name for the fruit from osage orange trees?
The ominous low chords coming in around 14:00 take this track to the next level
The Count of Monte Crisco 😁

I'm sorry, sir. It's five hours later and I've got every word in the English language except "a" and "aardvark" still to do. And I'm not very happy with my definition of either of them.
I vividly remember the collective groan in the cinema when this scene was on. Even though you kind of knew what was coming
Lol. I'm currently searching for a song with the lyrics "what the f×÷× was I supposed to do" and this came up. I enjoyed the scene though
Bless he was so happy with himself .
Eminem had a line for that, involving J-Lo ^^
George Michael's permanent struggle between attraction and morality 😂
The only annoying thing that Danny Boyle did in this scene was the breakfast should have had black pudding tattie scone and square sausage and it would have been more believable it was a Scottish family having breakfast other than that it was hilarious 🤣
Bergman had genuine talent for filming horror. No gore, no supernatural, no jump scare, yet this scene utterly terrifying, as it blends Block's anguish with the horror of what is happening to the girl. The sheer tragedy of a soul lost and frightened before the dark void, mirroring the knight's fears.
very dramatic, very sad
Her parents death her sister death her brother death
certified Danyres moment
🤣⚰️💐
Spud/Danny Boyle The BEST This scene is funny as HELL XDDD
Jack enjoying his dinner with his wife in a Max Payne outfit. Oh shit he should play Max Payne.
Huh you're right his attire does look very similar to Max Payne's. And I can kinda see Crowe pulling it off.
I don't remember this scene at all, I think the censorship removed it in my country 😢
this was a glimpse of the “real him”, apart from the image of being “an oil man”.
I love every scene she's in. Portia is so beautiful and hilarious. Lucky Ellen!
She was, until all the work she had done
Still hot, tbh.
@@fro_e yeah sure if you like plastic clown faces. She destroyed herself
Ah shit😂
Well they burned Joan of Arc as a witch then later she was ordained as a Saint those were earthly judgements though made by men is it our business to know God's plan? Why doesn't God intervene to help innocent souls if he loves us? Don't confuse heaven and earth.
This acting was superb. Very underrated. Always loved The Who and this movie!…
Monte Pythons version was funnier.
In Swedish the knight's squire says I will kill these men and free this child. What a movie masterpiece.
There is nothing after death and it is terrifiying, Makes life meaningless, we will lose everything we love, we well even lose our existence in the most fundamental levels. That is not good, or deep, just tragic and absurd
That's why religion is a thing
